Inca Rituals & Ceremonies

Natural wisdom, spiritual retreat

The Incas had ancient rituals and ceremonies born out the 16,000 year-old tradition of 'natural mysticism' in the Andes, bringing to the individual a direct connection to spiritual plants and other divine forces of nature.

Inkita House is located at the foot of the Sacred Picol Mountain, and we offer different locations including our garden space. We also work in cooperation with Qeros (Incas decedents) and Shamans, who share their indigenous knowledge and wisdom. They can provide Ayahuasca and San Pedro Ceremonies, 'ofrenda' rituals to the Mother Earth, coca leaf reading, and more. If you planing on a spiritual retreat, we are happy to help you.

Volunteering

HUMAN COLLABORATION AND CONNECTION

Cusco - as the Capital of the Incas - is a paradise of mysticism and ancestral wisdom; a perfect place while you're volunteering abroad.

We help to connect you with talented, but marginalised, artisans. The "Peruvian Ancestral Wisdom Project" preserves, promotes and shares the artisans' knowledge and production. It also promotes human collaboration and connection with nature, in order to live with happiness, harmony, and health. Volunteers work closely with the artisans, assisting them with advise on capturing the real story behind each artwork, including a portrait and detailed biography of each artist. Advice is also offered to them about product development and quality control.

INKITA Shop gives the artisans a free platform to sell their work on the international market, and reach customers on a global scale. Please visit our website www.inkita.co.uk

These are available for anyone interested in volunteering in the developing world; whether you are on a gap year, a summer placement, or a career break.
